Moni-Lessons 2 & 3

  I   Feedback from Previous Lesson It would have helped to have a reason why we were drawing nature. It would have made it clearer, in terms of instruction, to provide a little more instruction for the breakout rooms. Giving an introduction about drawing nature before having students do the activity. Encourage students to explain why they decided to draw the things that they did.   Facilitate a discussion by asking students how the drawing inspired them Ask a couple of more follow-up questions to get more in the students’ minds and understanding where they were coming from. Add a little bit more focus, as opposed to just finding inspiration, maybe find inspiration and tell a story behind it or find inspiration and then a few additional steps. When things are too open ended, especially for younger kids they may have a harder time focusing.
